BYU vs Utah 🏈

The game tonight is going to end well past our bedtime but I'm excited to follow along as much as we can and hopefully wake up to a fun game having been played. BYU is having an extremely good year so far so I'm feeling a littler nervous but will forever proudly cheer on my Utes. 😄

Little Quinnie wanted some pictures taken as well.
She's such a daddy's girl these days that I'm sure she'd choose BYU if we ask.

Update: Well I woke up to a one point loss. It does help that Danny is the least non competitive BYU 'fan' out there so even though some years I wish he was more into the rivalry it's also kind of nice to know that he doesn't care either way. It helps soften the blow of a loss haha.

Presidential Election Results

The outcome might not have been who we had hoped for but I'm proud of my vote and will still support the next President the majority has spoken for.

Pumpkin Patch

We've been making a good friendship with a family (Sidney and Byron) here in North Dakota who have been awesome with us. They invited us to a pumpkin patch that they love to go to every year and we were happy to join them. It's about 45 minutes away but unlike all the expensive pumpkin patches around here it's free with the exception of the cost of pumpkins which is super cheap. There was so much fog on the drive there that it was both so cool and a little scary. At one point Sidney's car pulled up behind us and sent us this video of our van in the fog. The timing was great because we got there at the same time and once we pulled up the fog went away which was a little bittersweet because it would have been fun to run through a foggy pumpkin patch. Sidney also happened to be the one who took our family pictures and she brought her camera along for this activity. Had I known that I definitely would have done something with all the kids' hair haha. She was nice enough to take some of us again and then we switched and I took some of their family with their camera. Hopefully it turned out nice haha. It was a fun morning.
