Twinkle Toes

Miss Addie Rae started dance classes a week ago and we're all pretty excited about it. She was so cute in her class and she did so well listening to her teachers. Her second class will be tonight and her little cousin Georgia will be joining her. Jill heard about Addie's class and decided to sign Georgia up for it too so this should be interesting. She was a little sad last week when she realized her class ended because she wanted to keep dancing. Immediately following her class was the 4-5 year old class and she so badly wanted to join that group too. She tried to persuade me that she's almost four years old and that she wanted to dance with them but eventually she accepted that she wouldn't be able to. She's been waiting all week for her second class and tonight is the night. She's super excited and I have to admit that I am too. :)

Four-Ever Mine

Yesterday marked four years since Danny and I tied the knot. I love the family that we have created because of that day four years ago. Danny started his new job this week teaching at UVU and I started watching Georgia again earlier this month so our anniversary was celebrated pretty low key this year. It's okay though. Danny had his first day at his work and I babysat Georgia until the evening when the kids were able to be watched by Jill and Marie. It was a great night and it's been a great four years. I'm excited to see where life will take us.

Happy four years Daniel George!

Lake Day with the Fergys

As summer is coming to an end we wanted to do one big activity with the Ferguson family. Jill and Marie planned a lake day at the Jordanelle Reservoir for us all. It was a lot of fun. Ty and Marie brought their boat and Jill rented out a paddle board. There was also a big inflatable water park that most of the siblings got to play on. Addie loved playing on the sand and Hudson loved eating the sand. Danny took Addie out on the tube that was pulled by the boat while I held a sleeping Hudson. As soon as we got on the boat he fell fast asleep. Poor kid had to wear a pink life jacket since the green one was bothering him so I apologize in advance to him when he comes across the pictures of him wearing it. It was comfy though. Addie loved being on the tube! She went on a second time and requested her own seat on the tube instead of being on a lap. As much as I would like for her to stay little this summer has proven how grownup she's getting. I'm in awe with this girl. Danny also got on a tube the second time and without Addie. Ty and his friend was also riding with him and all three got pretty high up in the air. It was fun watching them. Addie was a little worried for her daddy at times but she also loved watching them.

I had to sneak this video of them because this was going on for awhile. Hudson snuck so much sand into his mouth.
Addie Rae and Hudson Daniel we both love you so much. Thanks for making this summer the best.
