The plan was to do Christmas the day after we come back from Utah on Friday December 29th. However, we made a spontaneous decision yesterday to just have it early. It kind of works out perfectly. Now I don't have to worry about taking stockings to Utah and finding time to fill those up and when we get back we can sleep in and catch up on any jet lag since we'll be home super late the night before. As of now I don't regret it at all.
All the kids were up early waiting for the twins to wake up. We finally woke them up at 8:30am.
The kids might be most excited about these two big boxes here. The family got a trampoline for Christmas this year. We'll have to wait until after our Utah trip to set it up.

Two very tired girls.
Danny had to work at Dominos tonight. The Jeeps were also scheduled to come through the neighborhood tonight. We first saw them at the parking lot of Dominos where I was picking up some pizzas for dinner. They were waiting around before getting ready for their parade and were willing to take a Santa picture with Addie which was really sweet of them. We left Dominos and pulled over on a quiet street to watch their parade before going back to our home. I figured we would be inside eating dinner by the time they got to our street but the kids wanted to see them again so we set up chairs on our driveway where our neighbors joined us while we ate and watched the parade again. It was a great night to our early Christmas celebration.
