Red River Zoo

When Danny's mom asked us what we'd like for Christmas and told us the budget she had in mind for us we knew we wanted to put some of that towards a family membership. We honestly love family memberships way more than gifts and toys because we're able to enjoy it all year round. In Utah she got us a membership to Thanksgiving Point, in Texas we got one to Sea World and we wanted to find something we'd like to enjoy here in Fargo as well. I will say that there's not much to do here but they did have an amazing price on a family package for the Red River Zoo. It was so inexpensive that we were able to use the remainder money for gifts and toys for each of the kids as well. We went to the zoo for the first time since the weather was perfect. Honestly any day with no wind feels perfect. The coolest thing is that we had the whole zoo to ourselves. There was another family in the gift shop that were leaving as we entered in and that was the only group of people we saw for our whole time there. It was lovely. It's not the biggest zoo but it was bigger than we thought it would be. We were able to spend about two hours before leaving and I feel like we easily could have spent more time there, but wanted to get home in good timing to still make dinner. It was a very nice day. Thank you Grandma Donna. We can't wait to go back several times throughout the year.

These wolves would not take their eyes off of the twins. They stalked their every movement.
Hudson asked if I could take a picture of him in this giant chair doing a Grinch face.
Then the kids all wanted to take a picture of them being sad.
I'm not sure why haha.
Lastly Rylee wanted a picture of her 'sleeping'.
