It may not be the white Christmas we're used to but this Texas one ain't that bad. 🤠🎄
It's Christmas Eve and we've been pretty chill today just relaxing, watching Christmas movies and playing in the nearby field. When it was time to get in the van to look at the neighborhood Christmas lights though we discovered that the van battery was dead. We suspect that one of the kids didn't close the side door all the way and the van is in a position making it impossible to reach it without a portable jumper cable box. We'll have to add that to our list of things we should purchase. Instead of bothering anyone else on Christmas Eve we all jumped into the Prius for our little drive around. The van's battery problem will just have to be something we worry about after Christmas day.
When we got back from seeing lights it appeared that Felix had left behind a note and presents from Santa. Danny and I both were included this year for the first time since our newlywed days so that's kind of a big deal. 😁
It's been a good Christmas Eve and we can't wait for tomorrow.
