This year's spring break is going to be pretty low key because I'll be flying to Utah this weekend for my brother's wedding. It's really nice that Danny is on the same schedule as the kids because he also has this whole week off. We celebrated on the first day by exploring a new hiking spot in San Marcos. We followed that up with enjoying Danny's newest hobby, rock climbing. He has been wanting to do this for awhile. Even in Utah he talked about getting a membership to a rock climbing place and this last month he's finally done it. It was cool taking the kids and seeing him do what he loves.
On the second day of spring break we went to the library and then out to Freddy's for ice cream.
I leave tomorrow so Danny will hold down the fort for the rest of their week off. I know he does plan on taking the kids to the river. Should be fun.
