My brother in law James passed away this week on the morning of March 24th after a battle with liver cancer and kidney disease. He was the king of dad jokes and will be missed. He leaves behind my sister Melanie and their six boys (James, Thomas, Henry, Edward, Charlie and Timothy). Melanie has been on my mind all week as we knew his time was coming close to an end. I also keep thinking of the fact that I now have three sisters who have experienced being a widow. My heart is heavy for all of them, especially Melanie at this time.
